The phone boasts of a large array of features, looks good & is easy to operate, has an above average sound clarity (stereophonic sound effect). This is where the advantages end....
Now the bad news : poor video recording facility, yellowish tinge appears in photographs (have to painstakingly choose the right angles, postures, positions, timing, etc. to avoid the yellows - too much torture for simple pleasures), very very very poor battery back up (have to charge at least 2-3 times a day even when just using it as a normal phone minus the luxurious features), Nokia customer care majorly sucks on the whole (extremely bad after-sales support - have to literally fight with them to get your brand new "higher-end" model phone checked out thoroughly & they still dont give a damn). The phone gets hanged / switches off automatically / restarts when multiple functions are put to use, for e.g., while listening to FM radio in the background you wanna access your sms inbox (new msg), or your phone book memory, or play a game, etc. etc. etc. - just fed up.
Is this value for money ?!? No ways, next time I shall buy a Samsung phone........... Good riddance to bad rubbish !
There is no malice in my feedback, just pure truth based on my very own (personal) experience. Absolutely no hearsay.
I have fought with the companys senior officials in their head office to get a refund of my money (Rs.18, 000.00/-), I do NOT want a same model replacement - way too risky & very bad choice.
