When I purchased this product I thought it was a good buy but it wasnt to be. But soon I realized that the vibrator of my cell is not working regularly. so I gave my set to nokia care SEC-15 FBD HARYANA
AND THEY RETURNED MY CELL IN 20-25 DAYS AFTER REPAIRING IT AND SINCE THEN I HAVE FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN AND THEY ALWAYS REPEATE THE SAME PROCEDURE .
since then it has been nearly one year , I have sent my set 6 times for repair and i am still facing the same problem .Also I have written to nokia central helpline , but they act AS IF THEY ARE DIPLOMATS OF SOME COUNTRY.

NOKIA DOES NOT BOTHER AFTER IT HAS SOLD ITS PRODUCT
