Nokia 6303 Classic

I was using Nokia 6233 since last 2 full years & was totally satisfied with its Music & Camera quality. But recently the phone was giving some problems & I finally decided to change it...

I initially was almost ready to buy Samsung Star as it perfectly fit my budget of Rs. 10, 000. But as I have a 2 year old child who many times handles my mobile roughly... Also I travel in local trains of Mumbai & so I required a tough phone...

Suddenly I encountered Nokia 6303 model at Nokia Store in Inorbit Mall in Malad & they told me it is about to be launched in India & prices are still not available.

After a lot of search on internet I finally decided to buy Nokia 6303 instead of Samsung Star. But finally I managed to get a new Nokia 6303 from grey market as this phone is still not release in India. My purchase price was Rs. 7400.

Now after using the phone for 7 days I can definitely say that this is one of the best phones of Nokia. I can definitely compare it to my earlier 6233. The main features are 3.2 MP camera, flash light, 3.5 MM audio jack, Nokia Maps & steel body (like 6300).

The user menu are Nokia standard & any Nokia user would get adapted to this phone in quick time. The most amazing feature of the phone is battery life. It last almost 4 days with two hours of talk time, couple of hours of music & use of other applications like games & PC suite.

The Music quality is almost at par to Nokia 6233 & you can use your favorite rocking 3.5 headsets with it. The only problems I found was with Radio reception which seems to be not clear. Also as I have used Nokia 6233 which had two side loud speakers sufficient to fill a small room with sound. But in 6303 there is only one speaker located at back side next to Camera lens, so I tend to miss some calls while I am travelling. Also the message alerts tones are very low.

One more thing - there is no volume control button on headset, so every you want to adjust the volume you have to unlock the phone & do the needful. The camera picture quality is really good & flash is a added bonus. To sum up this is a really really good phone for the price of Rs. 7, 400. I wold suggest people to definitely go for this phone...

Hope this is helpful...
