HI to everybody.... Im Vijay and I have purchased a cell phone of Nokia 6600 from a shop at Hira Panna which is a very famous place for shopping near Crossroads two months back .. This has costed me for Rs.11, 500/- without bill..but the shopkeeper has given me a dummy bill/receipt which is the only proof of me having purchased the cell phone from his shop.
I have strictly demanded a bill for it as well as the insurance papers but he told me that it will cost me at Rs.13000/- with bill, he anyhow convinced me to take the handset from him and did not let me go from his shop..finally I purchased the instrument from him and went home happily
To my surprise after 2 days I was having problem in communication like I was able to hear the caller’s voice but the caller could not hear me at all.. I was shoched but I thought since it is an electronic item it took it to my friend who repaires all mobiles he told me that this is a used mobile and even has scratches on the screen. only the cover was new and I really did’nt what to do and where to go and what do I tell my parents abt this as I have purchased this costly handset on my responsibility
