The phone has problems with IR (Infrared). (mentioned in many forums on the net) dropped connections, voice unclear, are some of the problems I experienced. Not only is the silvery white not a good colour, the headphone for FM radios is a peculiar 13-pin socket rather than the standard interchangeable round pin intended to make you locked in with Nokia headsets just for listening to FM music.
My advice: buy a Txxx from Sony Ericsson instead. Not only are the keys bigger, the colors more realistic, the phone was a rugged workhorse.
