Title : Nokia 6610- Dont buy
Review : After religiously using Motorola for years I wanted to try out on Nokia so bought this junk piece - Nokia 6610....reason was simple ....try something so popular in market....got lured mostly by its ring tones...but it is not even two successful months of its working and one day I found it gone dead !!.....thougth went out of charge....recharged but it had already decided not to wake up....so took it to so-called-priority-dealer...they coolly admitted it is a routine problem with this model ( why bloody did not tell at the time of buying 2 months back !!) and asked us to take to a nearby so-called-priority-service-centre. So far I have located 3 service centres and shocked to know were closed....I am in Pune.....now located the last one in Pune and will go there......heard from many people it is problem with the s/w of 6610.....the model apparently neither tasted water nor dropped on land. It is pathetic to learn that despite hearing so much on 6610 why the company is still silent ??......instead as a policy they should have done was to recall all these models sold and relaunced with the advanced error free version. Moreover, it is alarming to note that there are only two service centres - live as on date for Nokia ...catering to whole pune city..!! In such a hapless situation ...when compnay wants to remain silent...it is a recommendation to others not to go for 6610 ..amy be even to any other model of Nokia.....better go for stable options available in market.
