I purchased the nokia 6670 phone just 8 months back. it was working ok, I mean there was always software problem with it. but leaving that there was no problem. then one day the phone suddenly starting restarting itself and then said could not restart. please, take it to your retailer.
i went to service centre. they kept it for 10 days and them told that it can’t be repaired. as they said, "it is irrepairable!" I was shocked. I mean a 14000 rs phone and in 8 months it has become irrepairable.
I contacted the nokia people through email. they refuse to even take admit the whole thing and tell me that it was all my mistake. I must have dropped it lot of times or made it wet all types of bullshit. by the tone of the service people it was looking as if they are telling we don’t care for the people as we have majority of market. don’t buy atleast this model.
IT’S PLAIN WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IF U BUY THIS PHONE.
