I bought a new, much hyped Nokia 7210 supernova mobile from a ’Nokia priority dealer’. The mobile was working fine, and I started liking it(my biggest mistake).
But all this lasted only for 3 days, and it started showing its true colors. The ’FM’ radio stopped working. Whenever I try to play ’FM Radio’, it gives an error message ’FM stopped’, that’s it, and it doesn’t open. The second problem that started was, ’Bluetooth’, stopped working. When I start the bluetooth, it just hangs, giving a message ’Starting Bluetooth’.
It responds only after 30 mins. The bluetooth starts, but I cannot connect to any other bluetooth enabled device, nor can others search my mobile. Another problem I am facing is with the ’Camera’. When you click a photo, it takes around 1-2mins to save the picture. Its pathetic.
Guys, all I want to tell you is, please don’t buy this mobile. Its waste of money, its sluggish, nothing works. Don’t buy any of the ’Supernova’ series mobiles for that matter.I went to the shop where I bought the mobile to exchange the mobile, as it was just 4 days and I was facing problems. But much to my astonishment, the dealer guy told me that they exchange the mobile only when one returns it in 48 hours which is ridiculous.
I was asked to approach the Nokia service centre. The technical guys examined the mobile, but couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with the mobile. They said the mobile has to be sent to ’Mumbai’ for repair, and asked to come after 7-10 working days.Its a week now, with no response. So guys don’t go for this mobile, its waste of money. I regret buying this mobile. Hope my experience helps you guys whoever wants to buy this mobile.
