I purchased a NOKIA 302 on 17 Sep 2012, On 18 Sep 2012 we could notice that there is some problem in Sound Recording and Signals and Battery back up etc. I visited to the show Room in Saket again.But to ignore actual service the Croma management would offer you a Toll free no as their contact no.Those numbers are only being given so that your call would ring in Mumbai office and start learning their IVR options which would never work and finally They will escape from the service work responsibility.
Specially Croma Show Room in Saket have appointed some Rude type guys those who does not know about hospitality services but working in customer relationship. Thanks god , somehow I could manage a person their namely Kailash, He assured me that he will help me in this regard.
