Ive bought the last 8 hours with my new Nokia Asha 501 and the experience has been.unexpectedly good.
Pros: Tons of interesting applications
Great for fans of mobile gaming
Sleek UI
Responsive touchscreen
Minimal design
Can handle multiple tasks
Innovative take on mobile staples(Alarm Clock, Notes etc.)
Cool Bluetooth sharing method
Cons: Screen size is a tad small for my taste
The Fastlane feature is great but I managed to swipe my way to the home screen
several times during games
Camera(3.2 mp) is nothing to write home about
The cheap plastic build looks
Learning curve is a bit steep for mobile novices
Earphones are red, irrespective of model color(so, if you prefer your accessories
to match your phone, be prepared to shell out extra cash)
Overall, I must say that this phone is one of the best that Nokia has produced in the 5k range. Some people will find points gripe about, no doubt, because the phone has enough loopholes but it also provides you with maximum value for your buck.
