I would suggest you people not to buy Nokia any more because they say they care however they don’t even understand the meaning of CARE
i bought this NOkia E5 on the 07th March From a Dealer in Bandra I came home happily and with joy showed my handset to the entire family informing them it has 5mp camera and will take a snap of it but Wat a shame and disgrace that a new brand handset was not working
May be nokia has started launching faulty handsets or their lab testing is not upto the mark
as soon as I had put my Sim and started the phone it went until the home page and restarted I thought it wud be a minor problem I clicked on menu and again it restarted to my surprise it kept doing it, it restarted and kept rebooting every 2Min
i contacted the dealer the same day he suggested me to take it in a store next day I called up the nokia care on 02230303838 they said me you can replace it since it is within 48 hours of purchase I took the address of Ghatkopar and went all the way to them to find out its was closed for holi but nokia care informed me that it would be open
today I went to the nokia store the lady there instead of empathizing and showing concern is cross selling extended warranty
they updated the software(god knows weather they did it or not) of no use, He came up to me and said he will have to open it and check I said u r allowed he came back and said its a major problem will have to send it to the HO and you will get it repaired after 8days
i asked them to replace it since its less than 48Hrs I have brought it to your notice they were not ready to listen to me and overtalked every time, Why wud I take a new brand repaired handset if I had to pay I wud had taken a second hand handset
from now on I pledge not to buy any nokia handsets and also I will keep every one I know away from them
Let me know how would you feel if you shell 9k of you hard earned money on a product which gives you this kind of experience
