Nokia ; Worst Product & even Worse After Sales

I have given my NokiaN73 Music Edition Mobile Phonefor repair in Nokia Care Centre(B.T.M. Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, India) on31-12-2008 which is under Warranty Repair(Job Sheet Number: 528434038/081231/8), it has been almost 5 months now and still myphone has not been repaired and returned to me, in spite of numerous visits tothe Nokia Care Centre and numerous calls to the B.T.M.Layout Nokia CareManager(Mr. ArunKumar, 9972000012), Nokia Careline(Nokia Careline Number: 30303838) and numerous E-mails to the Nokia Customer Care(E-mail ID: support.services@nokia.com). The Only reply I get from them is that the issue has been escalated and you will be getting your phone in another few days.


Nokia has the Worst Quality Products and even worse After Sales Service. I have wasted a lot of time and money to get back my phone, but in vain. It’s not only me but there are many others who are facing the same issues with Nokia Products. I request everyone to think a Billion times before buying a Nokia Product and *my sincere suggestion would be not to buy one.


Nokia’s tagline should have been “DISCONNECTING PEOPLE” and Nokia Care should have been “NOKIA SCARE”.
