We should stop buying Nokia products** as this company has stopped caring for customers and product quality is deteriorating day by day.I had bought a E 61i for Rs 16995 from Audio Voice Lajpat Nagar New Delhi.Within 3 months I had problem with software and I stopped getting SMS. I went to Nokia Care in Lajpat Nagar, took me 3 hours as there are always 20 to 30 people waiting.They have only three counters and the staff is very rude may be because of pressure as they have to deal with angry and frustrated customers all the time.They reformated the phone.Again after few weeks I started having problems with the audio of the phone and it was difficult to hear any call.I had no guts to go to Nokia care again so I sent one of my staff they tried to fixed the problem but still no good.
I started using the wire after about a month the wire also started giving trouble.I sent my person again he was told this wire is duplicate where as I found this in the original pack and it has Nokia logo and a good finish like original product.After little shouting they deposited the wire and asked for 40 days time.I got the wire after 40 days looks they repaired it but after two weeks this wire again not working.
Finally I gathered the courage I visited the Nokia Crae personally last week.The token number I got 74(I still have it) and the the customer they were serving token number 24.the little room was heavily over crowded.I took pictures of people suffocating and I could see the frustration and helpless ness on their faces.I tried to request the super wiser to check my phone on priority as this is my 4 th visit but my request was very rudely turned down.
I do not have much faith in consumer court and i strongly recommend please circulate this on internet as much as possible and stop buying nokia products because if the phone has any defect which most of the high end phones have, you will have no support from dealer or nokia.
