Why Nokia loses ground

I am one among the Nokia die-hard fans. My first mobile was Nokia 2100 which works well even now. I purchased a simple model Nokia 101 on 24.02.2012 at Dehri-on-Sone. Exactly after six months it stopped working. The mobile could not be made "on". I took it to the Nokia care Centre at Usha Arcade Complex, Shop No 1, Near Lalita Hotel, East Boaring Canal Road, Boring Road, Patna - 800001.

They told me that I had dropped the mobile into water (which is not true) and demanded Rs 500/- I argued that the mobile was never dropped into water and as it is under warranty (one year) it has to be serviced by them free. Nokia care did not accept my point and returned the mobile to me. I made up my mind to pay Rs 500 as demanded and took the mobile to them last month as I have no other go. But now the Nokia care refused to do the service and told me to do whatever I can. Nokia Care is actually Nokia don’t care

My friends advise me to go for Samsung. The very poor customer care is one of the reasons why Nokia has lost its ground in India.
