I bought Nokia-C5 in April, 2011 and since then I have visited Nokia service center 6 times(In duration of 3 months only) for different complaints and last time I went with a list of complaints in Noida based service center. I am so unsatisfied with Nokia that if even I find a person on a Cell Phone shop looking at a Nokia cell, I suggest him not to purchase Nokia Phone as Nokia was good for manufacturing phones like 2300, 3310 and 3315, but since they have entered smart phone market Nokia has gone from bad to worst. I am also using phones from LG and Samsung also from past 2-5 years and I don’t even know where their "Service Center" is as I have never faced a single problem with them. Guys/Girls I seriously advice you people not to waste your hard earned money on Nokia. As not only me but people I find at service center also have the review about Nokia and lastly If you don’t to waste your time(In Hours) and money in Nokia Care then please please do not go for Nokia. Nokia is manufacturing literally "DABBA" phones but not Smart Phones and even Economic Times justified what I am saying with a front page article on it. And lastly the staff working at Nokia Care does not have any manners.
