Terrible Customer Care from Nokia!!!

The reason for writing this blog is to get me a call / mail back from the Management of Nokia, anywhere in the world to listen the terrible customer support I am getting from Nokia India. Now onwards, I will think 100 times before buying a Nokia Mobile. My main concern is not about technical issue, but the way Nokia India is handling without any care or interest to resolve the issue. Why I am NOT writing this contents in review sites is because, if I get a positive support from Nokia, then the readers who are following this blog can also come to know the status from my updates here. ==The Buy


==End of March 2011, I bought a Nokia C6 Smartphone considering the sliding keyboard for easy and quick mailing by using Mail for Exchange software. By mid of April I have enabled my corporate mail through Mail for Exchange software. But I have noticed that I started getting escalations from my project stake holders due to delayed actions. After a detailed study, I have noticed that since the mail is configured in Nokia mobile, time and date from Outlook reminder is removing automatically from few mails which caused to not to pop-up mails at the right time for my actions. In my daily routine, when ever I get mail, I set reminder to pop-up the mail at Outlook, if any action is pending.


==What a Customer Care


==Before buying the Nokia Smartphone, I got quick mail replies from customer care for all my queries, which gave me a feeling to go ahead with new Nokia Smartphone. But the way Nokia responded to my issues after buying the mobile gave me a feeling that those who invested in Nokia Smartphones are loosers and Nokia don’t care to resolve the issues, forget about resolution, all Call Agents and their Leads commit that they will respond back, but they are not bothered to call back i.e. ridiculous after sales service, which forced me to start making calls to the customer care number. Each call to paid customer care number will be unnecessarily kept on hold in the mid of talks which gave me a feelings that Nokia is getting even revenue from each call duration made by customer to the Customer Care number.


==The Issue


==As the matter is urgent and due to no response for complaints updated in Nokia website and through mail, I have logged a complaint with Nokia India customer care number about the mail reminder clearing issue. Case ID # 1-11623621852 - With this ID, Nokia Management can get my mail and mobile contacts, if they plan to reach me. Call agent told that he will respond to me back with resolution. As there were no response, after few days again I called back, but now I understood that the person who captured the issue in first call didn’t understand the problem. So I explained to the second person again and got confirmation that he will check and revert me. As there were no response, again I called customer care. This time I understood that these first level agents are not capable to understand the issue correctly and requested for escalation. Finally I got a call from Mr. Jay on next day and he understood the issue properly and told me that he will call me back on 5th may 2011 with resolution. But he was not bothered to call back. Again I called customer care and asked for his manager, I could able to talk to Ankit for two times in a span of 10 days. Here the issue is that each time when I call, Jay and Ankit told me that they will call me back, but finally I will have to call them and remind them. Ankit simply asked for two time extensions stating that case is escalated to R&D division and he don’t know why there is no response from R&D, a response which nobody can expect from a professional company like Nokia. On the 3rd time on 2nd June, 2011, when I called to remind, fortunately Ankit was on leave and I could able to talk to his manager Sachin. He told that he will arrange a call back for me next day, but after that also no response. Need to reiterate that each call, call agents will keep hold unnecessarily. In a 30 mins talk, discussions will happen for some 5 mins… horrible!
