Plz don’t purchase this phone. It is totally worthless...I have purchased this phone on 13 December 2010. From the next day I was facing the problems, like heating, restarting etc. I have visited the Nokia Care 4 times, every time they uploaded the software. One day it is getting dead.
When I visited Nokia Care( Gupta Associate, Vaishali, GZB), they kept my phone and told me that it would went Nokia head office for replacement. They took my phone more than 10 days. When they handed over me the swapped phone to me, that phone was not in good condition.
There are lots of scratches on the phone. When I complaint it to CCE, she said that this phone is new one but it was not new.
After few time back it got again dead. Then I deposited the phone second time for replacement. This is so frustrating from Nokia.
Like my problem other users are also facing the same problem. M still waiting for my phone, I didn’t receive the phone yet...
