I bought a Nokia E5 phone two months back from a priority dealer. I handled it with utmost care. Still after a month of moderate use, the paint has started to fade from cursor button.
The frame for this model is cheap plastic. It has become loose and the display screen has started to hang loose. The company mentions that it does not cover physical instrument in the warranty and blame that my mishandling is to be blamed for this problem.
However I firmly want to share that the model has some manufacturing defect which should be liable for replacements.
I spent 9k on the phone, now I feel would have been better to invest in Samsung touch phone for much lesser price.
