Deteriorating in Quality

This is my third Nokia phone, the previous one being the e 61 i. I never had a problem with my previous phones. Nokia was my default choice if i had to buy a phone till i came across this one.

From few days of purchase the speaker of this phone (e5) became intermittent. When you have to speak to anybody you cannot get the voice from the other side. If you shake the phone vigorously it becomes audible. Apart from this the phone is dead slow when we see email. Within few months of usage the paint peels off on the cursor button, home key and messaging key.

If you take it to the Nokia uncare an insensitive executive will point to some scratch in the phone and say that all these issues had cropped up because phone is mishandled or dropped. No wonder that Nokia is losing out to rivals. Off late, there is a major deterioration in quality. Days are not far for this company to become history

Oh Nokia, be ready with your epitaph.
