Finally!!!
I have just bought this phone a two weeks ago but I must say that so far I am VERY impressed by it. It seems that Finally Nokia seems to have gotten its act together.
Pros
Well Designed , Responsive, Stable Software
Good Business Phone features (Calander , Email with blackberry option , Wifi , Bluetooth etc )
Responsive Phone Book
Slim Design
QWERTY Thumbpad
Decent Reception
Solid Battery Life
Cons
No Touch Screen
No Camera
Number pad is designed differently than usual (O Key is next to 9 And not under 8 as usual)
Phone is very broad (Most smart phones are becoming slimmer but nokia is bucking the trend)
I have been using Smart phones for the last few years( Have Used Palm Treo 300 , 600 & 650 and Nokia 9300i ). My Biggest complain was that the software used to be unstable leading to delays, freezing and crashes often. Also the Phonebook would become very slow as the number of contacts grew ( I have over 1200 ). However so far Nokia e61 have not had such problems (fingers crossed). After My last phone Nokia 9300i I had almost given up hope. But Nokia e61 has restored my faith in nokia. I must say I am very impressed.
THE BOTTOM LINE
Excellent Business phone. No fancy extras like camera. But the phone is perfect for phones. email and even reading the occasional file or spreadsheet. Plus Nokia has gotten the pricing just right . This phone is a excellent value for money.
