I have been using this phone for about 9 months now. Initially bought it for my wife(she chose it actually), but then she did not like the wide body(which I dont mind) so I started using it. Apart from having blackberry features, I have it hooked on to my gmail, my office email and have neat little messenger utility(Fring) which allows voice chat in a breeze and Mini Opera to net surf. There are plenty of good softwares available for the phone.
The only drawbacks that the phone has is that there is no scroll key on the sides like the dial in Blackberry. Also, the snaps are not that clear in the night mode(there is no flash), and there is no FM radio either but I do not use those features so I am ok with it. I did try and use my motorola bluetooth handsfree with this but the calls dropped it turned out that the handsfree had gone bad.
The voice quality is invariably clear, normally comes with a 256 MB micro SD Card and has been totally worth it. The GPRS is good, I use it to connect my PC and the connection is quite stable(I use an Airtel GPRS connection) and I can do a voice chat on the PC as well without any compromise in quality.
It has the Nokia standard features that make the navigation easy and familiar. All in all totally worth it for the price you would pay for it .
