I have been using this phone since June 10 and am very satisfied with it. I have used a Motorola Razr V3i, Nokia 6270, Nokia 6670, SE P900i before this but I think this beats all of them in functionality and features.
The best thing about the phone is the Web interface - you can use Edge or WiFi to connect and the experience in surfing is just like a PC/laptop. Full HTML support with certain Flash functionalities too. Everytime u hit a new link within a web page, a 2nd window opens up automatically just like on a web browser on your PC/laptop.
It has got all the MS Office ammo as well - Word, Powerpoint and Excel. You can also view Adobe PDF and any zip files.
Videos can be watched in full screen - yes, you can forward, rewind or scan a video.
The only flip side is that it does not support A2DP - stereo wireless streaming. But again, this is a business phone and its not meant to either.
The Qwerty keyboard is a joy to use. Even if you are used to the T9 system of sms-ing, getting used to this will take about a day or two and its a breeze once u get to used to it. You wont feel like getting back to a normal phone keypad.
The speaker phone is quite loud and handy.
The phone software is better than the N series phones or SE P900 series. The software does not give up or hangs. Its faster than any N series phone too.
Go for it if gizmos turn you on!
