I bought Nokia E-63 around 15 days back from Nokia Priority Dealer at District Center, Janakpuri. I was very excited to own this wonderful phone. But my excitement longed only for 24 hours.
Soon as I reached home, the phone started giving troubles, it started getting hanged & also gets switched off automatically. I reported it to the dealer & initially he tried convincing me that this is a software problem & it would work fine after the software is updated. But once I insisted on changing the phone, he finally agreed to do that (& I appreciate him for this).
I got the new phone once again.....but this phone also comes with the similar manufacturing defect of automatically switching off. I again reported it to the dealer, but this time he said that he cant do anything about it & wants me to visit the Nokia Service center for this. I bought Nokia Phone & that too from a priority dealer (btw their rates are always higher than a multibrand shop) because I wanted a reliable phone with good after sales service. But my experience both with NOKIA & NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER is BAD BAD BAD. I am short of time currently but soon as I am a bit free I would definitely be lodging a case against them in the consumer forum
