I purchased Nokia E63 on 7/12/2009, found the battery was faulty with a manufacturing defect, Got the same checked from Nokia care Dombivli east, Mumbai, for authenticity, and logged a complaint on 11/12/2009 with nokia care, with complaint no 644504867/091211/38.
Instead of replacing the faulty part, or giving me a stand by phone, They took the handset and called me on 27/12/2009.
I was forced to buy a new handset till the replacement arrives, Where is the garantee?
Nokia care guys asked me to buy a new battery, if the old one is faulty, So I am asking where is the Garantee or Warantee, Is it for 11 days from the date of purchase?
The Retailer from where I got the handset pointed me to nokia care, on 9/12/2009.

I Had to PURCHASE a new phone, For no fault of mine. and wait for the faulty phone if at all it will come back on 27/12/2009 or next year.
I would recomend every one not to buy this phone from Nokia its over priced for the range, if at all there is a manufacturing defect, beware you will have to keep the phone with nokia care fro a month, or else buy a new battery, accoding to Nokia care, The garantee/warantee is real bad.
Hope we are not beggars, In the west the same company gives 10 days replacement garantee. if there is manufacturing flaw, why do indians dont deserve the same, are we still slaves so that the company can get away any thing.
I would not recomend any nokia phones to anyone because of the lousy service related to garantee.
and irony is I am the person who implimented SAP netweavear, in nokia’s plant.
