Since 2003, mobile phones have been serving dual role for me, one a mobile phone and a PDA.As some of you must be aware that after losing ASUS M 930, I was using a SAMSUNG STAR 3G. My main reason for buying the NOKIA E63 was that, I was told that it can easily accommodate my 6800 phonebook. I checked the phone before buying and found it to be ok. then I started loading my phonebook onto it (it takes some time because of time size), the moment the entire phone book started acting funny!
But, I used it and am still using it.After rigorous use of the phone for nearly 42 days, my feeling is NOKIA E63 is very useful and value for money phone, but your phone book has to be around 800-1000.The phone takes ages to open messages, and hangs very often.it has a awesome battery backup, the site navigation within the phone is extremely poor, overall user friendliness is very poor when compared with SAMSUNG phones. the phones is loaded with features if only use are able to find and use them. I don’t want to talk about look, because they have not marketed the phone as a sexy one!Buy them with a pinch of salt.
