I have been using E 71 for 7 months now and I must say its still one of the best phone available in the market. And for those who are looking for a business phone with good mutlimedia feature, E71 is the perfect choice.
The phone is slim and light. The casing is steel and is strong. I have accidently droped the phone a couple of times and phone was not damaged at all. It looks expensive and professional. I have all black version.
The os is S60 and the best thing is that it supports almost any software you can think of installing on a phone. The OS works great and have never given any problems. Very rarely it freezes and would start working fine with a restart.
Multimedia features are great. internet radio, music player and real come pre installed. And ya the resolution is amazing. I have installed divx and have watched many movies while traveling and the clarity is simply amazing.
Wifi reciever picks up wireless and wifi pretty well and the speed is good too.
I am in riyadh last two months now and the network here is 3.5 G. browsing and downloading with 3 or 3.5 g is amazing and is super fast. it has a built in internet call feature. all you need is a voip subcription and you can make international calls cheaper that your local call.
For business purpose you have nokia email client, mail for exchange, office, adobe and vagera vagera.
battery life:- 3 days if dont use the phone often. If you are a busy guy and are on the phone all day it would last a day or a day and a half.
So overall I am very satisfied with the phone and would recommend it to everyone.
