Newly bought Nokia E71 mobile-defective

Please be careful when in buying E71 Nokia mobile handset. I have recently on the 9th Mar 09, bought a brand new set from one of the authorized showrooms, in Delhi (Hot Spot, Sarita Vihar) with a proper bills.


Right from the first day of purchase, the mobile set has been giving some or the other problems. Like, the mobile switching to ‘Mute’ automatically, during both incoming & out-going calls. On account of which, the other person is unable to listen to my voice.


What is worst, is that, in spite of seeing the problem in front of them yet neither the ’Nokia’ people nor the Hot Spot chain (from whom I purchased), are ready to give a solution. They have cleanly rubbed their hands off the matter.


But, they are not the one to loose dear, it is only, we customer, who have to suffer.I have been a loyal customer of Nokia previously, BUT, I have changed my mind.It is always said, that the true value of any person / business or service, is only found, when YOU NEED THEIR HELP. Please take care & think twice, before buying any NOKIA E-series mobile, as I have good sources to confirm that , there have been a few more cases, similar to mine reported in the E-71 handsets.
