I have been using Nokia E71 past 7 months. Its an awesome phone full of state-of-the-art features. If you are using this phone with WiFi or GPRS internet connectivity you have replaced your laptop by more than 50%. Easily install free software like System 7 (which works like BlackBerry Push Emails) and Fring (Integrated mobile platform for combining Skype, gTalk, MSN and much more services).
The best part is Nokia PC Suite and its integration with this phone. It is very easy to use this phone as a modem and connect your laptopto to internet. It is very easy to send SMS to masses and maintain a common contact list between your PC (Outlook) and mobile phone. If you ahev bought this phone and you are reasonably good at learning PC connectivity you have never lost any data on this phone. It is very easy to replace its firmware without contacting Nokia support.
This phone has a good working Camera. I could shoot flight take-offs and landing and watch the 3GP movies with reasonable clarity on my laptop (Windows Media Player). Not recommended for people who want slick phones or touch phones (It does not have both). Except a major drawback of no USB charging it serves all modern purposes of an officers day-to-day life.
