I just bought E 72 and I find it really cool.
My previous phone was N72 and I actually wanted to upgrade to Blackberry but I found that E 72 priced at around 17-18k packs more features than Blacberry at the same price point. It has 3G, Wifi, GPS and almost every major feature that you would look for in a personal cum business phone.
My E 72 has a sleek golden metallic finish and looks quite attractive, it also comes in black but the golden metallic finish stands out as its not very common. Their are lot of one touch keys which take you directly to the concerned application be it contacts, emails, calendar etc. This saves lot of time and makes navigation much easier. It has a Qwerty key pad like all the business phones these days.
Another good feature is the Navi key or the track pad (which is better than the track balls in some of the Blackberry models as the track balls need to be replaced after sometime) which makes navigation much easier. You can even adjust the sensitivity of the track pad to suit your needs. This again is a major difference between E 72 and the lower models in E series.
Best part of the phone is the 5 MP camera with 5X zoom which really stands apart from most of the other phones as they usually offer 2-3 MP camera (in the similar price range). The memory card is 8 GB and so you can store lot of stuff. The phone also offers a switch mode through which you can shift to personal or business mode as you wish. I am not sure if this feature is offered in some of the other phones.
All in all, E 72 is a good buy for the price range of 17-18 k and its sleek design and light weight really make it a good all round personal cum business phone.
