I Bought this phone in sept 2013 it was working fine for the most time but after a year proximity sensor stopped working on my phone I submitted it for repair that they changed it and gave me back.
After some days just before when warranty was going to expire my proximity sensor stopped again and I gave them back this time they said display is broken from inside so I have to pay to replace display and they refused to extend warranty too.
Then after complaining to nokia about this service center and after 10 days they finally extended warranty of my phone and take it to replace display.
I was told that I will get phone within 25 days.So I contacted them after 25 days they said phone has arrived.
This time I was shocked to see the phone display from outside was cracked too.i refused to take phone and they kept my phone for days and days after so many complaints and so a lot of calls to nokia where I was putting on hold for hours finally after 4 months of submitting my phone I got a new replaced Lumia 525 and that set is just working for thime now.
