I would like to share my usage experience of the Lumia 520. When it comes to Nokia, nobody questions about its quality. One of the best windows phone I have used. I bought Lumia 520 from Bhatia’s one-stop mobile shop in Poddar Arcade, Khand Bazar, Varachha Road, Surat, Gujarat in November 2012. That time the price was Rs.9400 and I got Rs.500 discount because it was newly launched. Windows is professional and one of the safest OS so, I wanted to buy windows mobile and I bought Lumia 520 as it was in my budget during that time. It has 5 MP Lumia camera and picture quality is average as I wasn’t looking for camera quality. I have liked the design and the feather touch display which is very smooth to use.
Best thing I enjoyed is windows OS. All email and Social networking apps account synchronization with contacts are one of the most convenient features of this phone. It needs Microsoft live account to be synched with all other Microsoft accounts. The user interfaces for Microsoft product like outlook, Office, powerpoint was very good. One more thing, only standard apps are available on windows app store like banking apps, GPS apps, Social media apps etc. It’s been almost 6 years and still, I am using Lumia 520 for my spare sim card.
Lumia 520 is windows and professional mobile. So it’s not that user-friendly for an illiterate person. One must have knowledge of Windows operating system, That is why its called professional mobile.
Overall still I am using Lumia 520 for my spared sim on international roaming. So you can imagine the user interface I liked abpout it. It was best value for money.
