I bought it 2 years ago. It was working fine till I updated it with the new windows OS. The new OS takes more memory and because of this many apps crash in between and it takes us to the Home screen.
I Checked the reason why my apps were crashing(internet explorer crashes). I’ve done the reset still the problem is there.
I did lot of search and found that the reason is low memory. Now I cant even go back to the previous version of windows.
This is a very good strategy of the companies. They would ask you to update the phone with new OS and then the hardware will become incompatible for the new OS.Very smart guys.Overall Its a good phone but after update it sucks.
