After using android with dual sim phone, No one will going to purchase this nokia product of dual sim. Front camera problems and flash is not available in this phone.
So I do not think it’s a value for money deal. 512 MB Ram has many limitation, so neither play a good game on it. Battery backup is also very less. It’s better to purchase other phones who are available in the same range, even the higher model of lumia have good functionality. But this phone doesn’t lie in that criteria.
