I have used lumia 620 and Moto g2 simultaneously.Following are the comparison
Lumia has no heating issues whereas andriod has.
LuMia does Not hangs that much whereas android has that constant issue.
Apps are less in windows phone but some are very good apps like cinemagraph, camera editting apps.
Overall its a good buy.
