Few days I had bought Nokia Lumia 630 dual sim mobile. It is said to be running windows 8.1. Previously I was using Nokia Lumia 520 which was a superb product. It worked without any lag. Everything had worked just as advertised. I was really impressed with Lumia 520. So I thought lumia 630 would be much better product.
Moreover, I also required a dual sim window mobile because in a windows mobile there is no hang ups as is the case with android.I also have Galaxy S3 and S duos 2, so I know the pros and cons of a android phone. Plus great battery life of windows phone made me buy this lumia 630 dual sim mobile. It looks really sleek unlike the pics I saw in the net. You have to hold it in ur hands and light up the screen to know how sleek it looks.
Nobody can guess the display has only 218 ppi density. Screen looks far better than a 218 ppi screen. May be it is because of Clear Black screen and Corning Glass 3 adorning it. Browsing through apps, settings etc was quite fast, little faster than lumia 52o. But the shocker was- no earphone was in the box only a charger, a battery and phone. So spartan! I did not mind because I have superb JBL and SONY earphones.
But to my surprise they were not compatible with this windows 8.1 lumia 630! I complained to Nokia Care through email. They suggested Coloud Pop earphones will work. So I had to buy one. It is priced Rs 1200/- I felt cheated.
No songs or music could be downloaded from Nokia Radio Mix (Nokia Music Store). Again I complained the issue. They acknowledged it asked for details which I submitted and now I am waiting for a solution. I searched the net and came to realise I am not alone with this problematic issue. Rest is slightly better than Nokia 520. It is quite long and looks like stretched iPhone if you overlook its slightly tapered edges.
