I got a nokia Lumia 630 for just 7000 rupees from the online shopping portal flipkart.com last month. I am writing this review after one month.
The screen resolution is pretty decent for the cost of the mobile. The screen is a corning gorilla glass 3.the mobile has 8 gb of internal memory. It has a qualcomm snapdragon 1.2 Ghz processor which is a beast for a windows mobile. The mobile is butter smooth with no lags.
The camera is a awesome quality 5mp piece. However it has no front camera and no flash making it a big disappointment. However it is one of the best products available in 7000 price range. And the brand trust of Nokia is always guaranteed.
