In May’12, I bought Nokia device LUMIA710. The device performed well only for few days. Gradually, it started to slow down and hanged regularly, when handset was only 1.5 months old. Early July, the Internet Explorer stopped working completely and I had to repeatedly submit the device at NOKIA CARE. All of the other applications are pretty much fine, except for IE, which is of immense importance to all work profile and personal use.
It was only because of this application I bought this expensive handset. Every time I click on IE, I am returned back to the menu. Also, note that I can still download games /other stuff from market place so nothing wrong with my service provider (Vodafone).Technicians at NOKIA CARE are clueless and failed to resolve this issue. Off late, I have re-submitted this phone at Durga Communications (Kingsway Camp New Delhi) on 8th July (Job Sheet# 150433527/120708/17).
Every time when I contact them, they give an extended time scale to return my phone. Till Date, my phone has not been returned. Furthermore, they could not even trace the root cause of it. Their fake commitments and promises are like cherry on the cake to this issue.
This is certainly not the kind of service or product I expected from NOKIA. They have surely lost their reputation and market value and with poor customer service like this, companys continuity is at stake.
Dont waste your money and time on Nokia products.
