I purchased a Lumia 720 few month back for 17000. I just lost grip of the phone while walking and phone fell on the ground. The screen ended up with lot of cracks. I didn’t know that Nokia phone was so fragile, I took it to a Nokia service center, they say screen replacement doesn’t come under warranty and it cost me 7000 bucks, if screen doesn’t come under warranty I don’t understand, what else comes?
The Nokia I knew used to replace the phone without issues.
