I am using this phone for last one month. I just love this. But my bad luck I dropped my phone. Its cover is now broken. I can’t use this without changing the cover. Approached Nokia care at Muvattupuza.
On that day their server was down. So the man at desk gave me their card(BEACON GROUP 04852814529) and advised me just call on this number and book the spares you needed. So far fine.
But when I contacted them they are saying that parts of Lumia phones are not available. So before buying a Nokia smartphone think twice.
