Please Don't Purchase Nokia Product(Pathetic Serv)

Please search on Google before purchasing any Nokia Product. You will get to know how pathetic service they provide. I am the Live example.


No Job sheet was provided on either visit to the service center, though on the first visit they did have the job sheet but said they do not provide the copy of it so I took a snap, which you can find in attachment, but couldn’t take the snap of the second job sheet though I have filled my feedback of dissatisfaction with the service provided on it, before signing.


Nokia Care address is: 26/4 F Near Yamaha Svc Center, Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II, Delhi, Delhi( South) - 110020 Wrong assessment made on each visit, each time they just updated the phone software, while on the first visit which was only within first two or three weeks of purchase they said its normal, once they will update it, it should be fine, though they kept it for about a week saying they will also examine it thoroughly.


But when I received the phone it started to show the symptoms again, as I usually have night shift for my job so its hard to find time, but when it became completely unstable, I went again in between 7th to 10th of April, I don’t remember the exact date as I was very upset about it.


They straight away started to ask me did you ever drop it or have you ever opened it, and said that I will have to pay if the problem is found with hardware and that they will check it for an hour.


When I went there after an hour they said they have upgraded the phone software and its okay, but when I checked the volume button it was not working to which she said its a hardware problem and I need to pay for it as there is a scratch on it, though I don’t see any such scratch that could be due to damage or something except the normal micro level scratches that is found on all mobile phones due to daily usage, so it was the worst excuse to not repair my phone and instead ask me money for a phone which was faulty from the beginning .


My Nokia Lumia phone which is faulty and it is behaving crazy, its switching to random screen automatically and is completely out of control.


So do something, cause if you think you are Nokia and can win in consumer court, well let me tell you, the story of my experience with Nokia Lumia will travel far and to each of my friends and to their friends and so on and I will post it and re-post it every day, every week and I’m sure that will be a very good way of giving back in kind what I have received from Nokia.
