I bought a Nokia Lumia 730 on 29 november 2014 and after using it for 15 -20 days I started facing issues with the phone as the Screen started to freeze, applications started getting crashed, Battery draining too fast.
I took it to Nokia care, Address: O-9, 1st Floor, Veer Savarkar Marg, Lajpat Nagar II, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110024. First thing that They normally updated the phone and confirmed that it will work fine. Again after 3 -4 days of usage I started facing the same issue. Again I took it to the same Nokia care than they said that they need to send it to Nokia head office in Banglore.
With jobsheet no 141230/042 and they submitted the phone on 30 December 2014 and after 10 days . i.e on 10 January 2015 . Again within 3 -4 hours of usage I faced the same issues and again I reported this at the same time . Again they asked me to visit Nokia Care.
Finally I got time on 22 January and again they informed me that they have to send the phone to Banglore head office once again with jobsheet no 1510122/013, And again I have asked to wait for 10 to 12 days. Now the thing is I dont have that much of time to keep on visiting the nokia care already I have visited 3 times.
Which is not at all convenient for me . Now I specifically want the replacement . I recommend everyone not to buy any Nokia Phone .
