Phone is very tough to begin with and can easily handle scratches n drops from trouser pocket heights. Battery is excellent for such a smartphone. Display is amoled which is better than IPS which can b seen on phones of other manufacturers in this segment. The screen-size is 4.3" which is ideal for single hand use and doesn’t require assistance from both hands.
The display is crisp n can play videos @1080p resolution with ease. # months I have used this phone and never have I had any problem with the phn, that many people say like lagging or hanging or too much heating up. Its a value proposition and supports all the apps that the 920 does except for the fact that it doesn’t have a pure-view camera but I can live with that coz the 920 is much more costlier than this.
The only drawback is the eminent lack of apps on the windows platform and those that are available r also not for free or not even cheap for that matter. Almost any good game is chargeable and hard hitting on the pocket. Though the phone doesn’t disappoint as it supplies with the required configuration for such games such as its 1.5 ghz dual core processor and 1 GB ram and capability to play HD quality games.
My Nokia experience has been merry in the past and this one doesn’t disappoint either. Hope the app and games front is handled better in the future as Microsoft has taken over Nokia and would like to promote its existence in the smartphone market by taking better initiatives in the apps n games race.
1 more point is the xbox games which r available on the windows platform r awesome if u can afford them, only PS and Xbox rule the gaming market through out the world n with this phone u dont feel the need to have a portable game station ever coz it has it all.:)
