Negative points
The outer rubber linin comes out and u have to get a new one.
Phone is lil bulky but that was never a problem for me.
Only way to connect it to the computer is through Bluetooth and that a headache.

Outer the panel can be changed.
Battery life is good.
Speaker quality is good enough worth for the price.Its had mp3 and video player.Bluetooth is there.
Memory the card can be taken out of the phone without switching off the phone.
