I got my N72 3 months back. I had a nokia 6030 before and I hoped it to be a good upgrade. You’ll love it when you see it for the first time. its big and heavy. the keypad keys are’nt comfortable if you have long fingers. I had to do a lot of programming like shortcuts, removing the main screen shortcut etc. only then the phone gets usable.
Coming to the features, the phone’s camera is bad compared to the sony k series, even the w series. theres something in front which seems to be a camera. if someone could tell me how to activate it, it would be great. the musicplayer is ok. the radio is not that ergonomic as in the 6030. the headset is kinda like a metal wire jumbled. its difficult to untangle!!!
The phone gets slow even if theres a good 100 mb free space. to use the photo editor is difficult. better you transfer it to the pc. or the photos will go for a toss.
Overall it takes sometime to get used to it even if you used a nokia
