I bought the phone after seeing it’s looks 3 months back. Looks can be deceptive. Now I am with a lousy phone, which hangs. Now recently, I could not download the photos. When I reached the Nokia care, they informed me it will take 10 days to check the phone and find the problem. 10 days., see how Nokia values your time and money. Real looters.
Service is pathetic. The service centres are ill-equipped, and manned by un-trained idiots. They do not even listen to your complaints. They say, software problem for everything and say it will take 10 days. If there is software problem, why the hell they release the product.
When I asked, what I do for communication for the next 10 days, the nokia guy says , buy another phone. I think, they create defective phones, and when it reaches for service, they tell minimum of 10 days, so that the customer buys another nokia phone. They do not realize, the customer buys another phone, definitely not Nokia.
