Nokia N73 is best cellular phone I have ever used in my life. Its the best part of NOKIA Nseries. I purchased this handset because of its amazing features. For the past 3 yrs I have been using ONLY NOKIA BRANDED CELLULAR PHONES. My journey started from NOKIA 3310, then I purchased 1108, THEN N-GAGE, 6600, 6670, 3230, 6630, 6681, N70, N80 and now N73.
This handset has compact design, light weight and more attractive thing is its colour. The colour I like is SILVER GREY/ DEEP PLUM.
This handset is best among all other brands. I like its compact design, It has BLUETOOTH VERSION 2 means 3 times high speed than other bluetooth version 1.2 enabled mobile phones.
It has 2.4" QVGA display which is the best viewable screen resolution of 320x240.
The main thing is the CARL ZEISS OPTICAL TESSAR LENS with mechanical shutter Mechanical shutter with 1/1000~2s shutter speed, 20x digital zoom, 2-stage capture key and autofocus with inbuilt flash means excellent image quality and I have taken out prints with it (thermal prints) on kodak paper and u know what the photographer told me that for the first time in his life he saw such a great quality picture clicked by a cellphone. HE SAID ALL OTHER BRANDS ARE FAIL. He told me that he feels bad when he prints photos from cellphone clicked by some other brands. He concluded that N73 HAS BEST PRINTING RESOLUTION. In video mode it has Digital zoom CIF up to 4x / QCIF up to 8x. Thanks to CARL ZEISS TESSAR OPTICAL LENS 3.2 MegaPixel CAMERA. It also has active slide cover for lens protection
The new thing about NOKIA is this handset has best sound ever heard from any other product either from nokia or SONYERICCSON as it has dual speakers and i think its the first nokia handset with dual speaker + symbian platform. Nokia 6270 has dual speakers but no symbian platform. It has beaten SE W800i MODEL. Sound quality is THE BEST, I would like to repeat "EXCELLENT SOUND QUALITY"
This handset comes with inbuilt FM player and u can listen songs, news on the move
N93 as compared with NOKIA N73 has only one drawback that DUAL speakers are missing in N93 and N93 is not handy.
Nokia N73’s SYMBIAN OS 9.1 platform is best and we can install a wide range of softwares on it which can provide us faster access, stability, security and provides great features. THANKS TO SYMBIAN Inc. FOR DEVELOPING OS 9.1.
N73 has a great feature of video stabilisation as we can shoot videos with STABLE GRAPHICS with highest resolution.
N73 has feature of SLEEP MODE as N80 do also has the same which means after a certain period of time the display goes off and a BLUE LED lits after 2-3 days telling that handset is in ON position and thus provides lesser battery consumption.
Thanks to N73’s BP-6M (1100mAH) battery which provides more talktime and its compact design as compared to batteries which provides less talktime as of NOKIA N80’s BL-5B white battery.
N73 comes with WCDMA AND QUAD BAND GSM which is helpful for us to roam across the globe. As being a 3G device we can use video conferencing on the high resolution 2.4" display
N73 has inbuilt 42 MB MEMORY means there is huge memory for applications, sounds, videos so that you cannot run out of memory and we can use UPTO 2 GB MINI-SD card as external memory.
One disliking is that N73 is having compact small keypad which makes us uncomfortable to write messages and to use other functions.
The thing is dislike is screen resolution as compared to NOKIA N80, NOKIA N80 HAS 352x416 display and this handset has 320x240 display so in NOKIA N80 not even a single pixel is visible but in this handset little bit pixels are visible. But NOKIA N80 has 2.1" display and it has 2.4" display so overall the thing is N73’s display quality is best means GOOD QVGA display.
i would like to tell you all that I am only NOKIA’S FAN. Therefor I conclude that this handset is the best handset as compared to other NOKIA products and other brands like SONYERICSSON. I AM PROUD TO BE A MEMBER OF NOKIA Nseries family.
