I Bought a Nokai phone last year at a cost of Rs 21, 000/- Including memory. This year due to carelessness , I have the misfortune of needing to get it repaired. For the last one month , inspite of spening more that 5, 500 at a registered Noki Care centre ( Sakthi Communications), I have not managed to get my phone back nor has it been repaired. The so called engineers in these Nokia Care centers are from my experience , no better than half baked Scooter Mechanics, who dont have a clue what they are doing, and dont mind wasting people money.
The other miserable feature of these so called Nokia care centers are their total in sensitivity regarding value of people time , they keep calling you back and never keep a comittment - Their Service engineers are never in the office and are always out on Breaks - One Mr Samuel goes to the extent of leaving his mobile behind, so that , he need not answer calls
Nokia though a international renowened company , needs to worry about loyal users and take troubel with training their after sales service centers , who anyway charge a arm and a leg, without bothering to deliver the goods
My take back from this experience, would be never to either recommend or buy a Noki Product againt, Their Project Ovi or any other grandl projects will remain in the air - with such poor after sales money making rackets.
