I bought a Nokia n81 by january 2008, very satisfied at the begining.
but later.
I had problems.
1.could not change message memory from phone 2 mem card
2.service station will take phone wid dem for a week 2 solve os issues
3.they’ll erase all contacts application, which the nokia gives u at the time when u buy will not be there after service, like n-gage games.
I lost all the three free games after first service
4.they’ll erase all contacts, if u have contacts in memory card, they’ll ask u 2 format de memory card b4 de first use of mobile wid memory card after service
5.other physical problems in mobile will not be replaced in mobile service station, have 2 go 2 the main service of NOKIA, I don’t know den why they had opened branches of service station, if they couls not solve the problem in branches.
6.service is of course available, but u have 2 walk, wait and suffer 2 service ur high cost mobile. it goes wid all the companies.
7.the phusical components(panel) is unstable. buttons goes off, paint peels off, speaker layer goes off.
small parts are not available, and u have 2 buy a panel all the time when u lost any of ur small parts(panel costs min rs800)
8.head phone layers peel off.
9.rear part of de panel shakes off.
10.battery quality is so poor, can be experienced with in 6 mnths.
11.batery back up for talk time is 1hour, music 1.5hrs, internet surfing is abt 0.5~0.75hrs
12.phone memory is very low
13.slide shakes, slide mechanism is not good.
- 2.0megapix cam, so poor cam quality
15.battery is not available in NOKIA main service station only, (with out warranty), they will by bundling it in a cover
