Am using my N91 from last four months and quite happy with that. I dont’have any complaints when it comes to it’s features except occasional hangs but that will happen if you don’t close the application properly. Also screen resolution looks weak compared to Sony Erricson’s latest models.
But I do have aserious problem with this where in dust gets collected on the screen(inner) andit looks ugly after a week I get it cleaned. Got it done thrice till nowfrom a local(Bangalore) Nokia Care which is jam packed always, have towait for minimum 2 hours or give them for 3 days to get it cleaned.Nokia care cleaned, but left whole lot of dirty finger prints inside the top screen. Pathetic people & design. When i’ve shelled out around $630 for this phone, ishould not expect this ugly habit fromt that.
Nokia Care Managerrecommended me to use a phone cover, so sick! They are not ready to teach me how to open it’s shell either. It’s either designfailure from Nokia or a defect in my piece which nobody is really caredto give an answer. Totally unhappy with this kind of problem, no charmin using it if you really bother cleanliness!
I hope Nokia would call back this model as lots and lots of people on the Net are having this kind of problem. Call center is useless, they dont take this seriously. They are least bothered and that worries me. My next phone is definitely not from Nokia. Am on my way sending a notice to Nokia India in this regard. Ahoy! Anybody from Nokia hearing me atleast now??
