Well first of let tell you all that N95 8GB was launched basically to cover up the faults in N95 older one. No retailer will ever tell u all the issues with the phone all they wanna do is mint money by making the customer fool. I bought Nokia N95 around the end of Feb’08.
Within few days of buying this cell from HotSpot Spice Mall Noida I came to know when trying to put this cell on video mode it either gets hang or shuts down the phone automatically and only starts once battery is taken out and placed again after a duration of 5-10 mins. Slowly and gradually this fault started taking full control of my phone and now the present situation is that if I click pics(2-3) at the same time it performs the same issue as stated above.
Also in 2-3 days cell hangs on its own and performing the same cycle it comes back to life after 15mins. So issues that I am presently facing are.....1)Never been able to click a single video from my 5MP mobile.2) After clicking 2-3 pics I have to wait 15mins to click more pics and again in few mins. it hangs.3) If try to watch pics clicked by cell it again hangs.4) Automatically goes to black screen and comes back to life after taking out the battery and waiting for 15mins.
Guys I thought of giving this to the service centre but to my surprise I had gone with one of my frnds to Sony Ericssons Service centre for getting the charger change. Within 15 mins. there I came to see 3 guys complaining that the cell that they left for fixing and the cell that was returned to them was different or the outer body was changed and a useless scratchfull body was fitted. The explaination they have is that cell was send to headoffice it gets fixed there and they have no idea about the outer covering. Seeing all this I m really scared to give my N95 to the service centre.
GUYS A SERIOUS ADVICE: STOP ANYONE U KNOW FROM BUYING N95 OLDER VERSION.
